Honor Them, Invest In Them And Celebrate Them!


The number one human need is to be loved and appreciated, and let me tell you… appreciation goes a long way. Did you know the number one reason a customer leaves a company is because they don’t feel connected to the company or the service?

In this day and age, traditional advertising doesn’t have the same effect that is used to have. Today consumers use the Internet to search for companies that are selling the products or services that they are looking for. Since consumers have all the power to choose whatever product they want, companies are no longer set apart by what they sell but by how they appreciate their customers.

It is a proven fact that customers tend to leave one company for another because they don’t feel like the company providing them the product or service appreciates them. When you appreciate your customers, a natural by-product is created, known as word of mouth advertising. Appreciate people for who they are not what they can offer you.

Relationship Marketing is all about recognition, it’s about showing appreciation, and giving your relationships value. If you can make your customers feel appreciated, you will have a customer for life.

There is no time like the present to show your gratitude to your customers, you’d be surprised how far it will take you in business.




Keep in touch w people, show you care, ask how they are doing (and mean it, not just cuz that is what people do), send cards to keep in touch, send emails, texts, make phone calls, meet people for lunch or dinner - or take them out, call just to say HI, I love you, I appreciate you, find things to uplift others for, celebrate accomplishments w others, be truly happy for others' successes..
