What A Month!
April was one eventful month! We had an outstanding MRM event in Houston, TX and it was incredible to see how many of you are using the principles of Relationship Marketing and incorporating them into your lives. Also, the ANMP announced they will be hosting their annual event this May in Dallas, TX and I have been asked to be a keynote speaker. I am thrilled to be a part of such a wonderful, educational weekend and I do hope you can all attend this one-of-a-kind industry event.
If you’ve been following MRM you know that April was all about relationships; honoring them, investing in them and celebrating them. The number one human need is to be loved and appreciated, and let me tell you… appreciation goes a long way.
Did you know the number one reason a customer leaves a company is because they don’t feel connected to the company or the service?
When you incorporate relationship based tactics into your marketing plan, you’re no longer making it all about “you” but reaching out to build genuine relationships with your clients and customers. Why? Because you care to create and maintain real connections with those who have helped your business flourish.
Relationship Marketing is all about recognition, it’s about showing appreciation, and giving your relationships value. If you can make your customers feel appreciated, you will have a customer for life.
Relationship Marketing is not something you do . . . it’s who you are!
If you are practicing the core principles of Relationship Marketing and are fully living the philosophy, then you are on your way to truly achieving success through building relationships. IF you are serious about changing your marketing methods, building relationships and growing your business beyond measure, then I invite you to attend one of the upcoming Master Relationship Marketing Seminars!
Join us in Jacksonville, FL May 29th & 30th and then in Denver, CO July 10th & 11th! I hope to see you at one of these events so you can fully experience what Relationship Marketing is all about and what it can do for you!
